Refund & Returns Policy

All sales at Hydro Hollow Collectibles are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders once placed.

Graded Cards (PSA Slabs) All graded card sales are final. Graded slabs are sold as-is based on the grade assigned by the grading company (PSA). We are not responsible for any disagreements with the assigned grade. Cert numbers are listed on each listing for buyer verification prior to purchase.

Sealed Pokémon & Trading Card Game Products All sealed product sales are final. We take great care to ensure all sealed products are shipped in original, factory-sealed condition. We do not accept returns on sealed products under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, duplicate purchases, or pack weight concerns.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including the United States. International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and will not be reimbursed by Hydro Hollow Collectibles. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. In the event a package is refused or undeliverable due to customs issues, we are not liable for the loss of the item or shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier. We are not liable for damage caused by the carrier beyond what is covered by the shipping insurance on your order.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 business days. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
