Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and location but are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping (United States & Select Destinations) We ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or border agencies.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees assessed upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total. Hydro Hollow Collectibles will not reimburse these fees under any circumstances.
Packaging All orders are packed with care to ensure safe delivery. Graded slabs (PSA) are shipped in rigid protective mailers to prevent damage in transit. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and boxed appropriately for their size and value.
Shipping Insurance High-value orders may include shipping insurance. If your order is not automatically insured and you would like to add coverage, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 business days. We will assist in filing a carrier claim. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
