Welcome to Hydro Hollow Collectibles. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Hydro Hollow Collectibles ("we", "us", "our"), operated through hydrohollowcollectibles.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products We sell graded trading card game slabs (PSA), sealed TCG products, and singles including Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and One Piece. All product descriptions, grades, and cert numbers are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the third-party grading company (PSA) and we make no independent representations about card condition beyond the assigned grade.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details, photos, and cert numbers carefully before purchasing. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Shipping We ship within Canada and to select international destinations including the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this store, including product descriptions, branding, and imagery, is the property of Hydro Hollow Collectibles. Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and One Piece are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these brands.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydro Hollow Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products purchased from us.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
